Our Mission

On the side of
the professional.
Always.

AISensa exists to help regulated industries adopt AI responsibly — in a way that is governed, evidenceable, and genuinely valuable to the people doing the work.

Leadership

The Team Building AISensa

Not advisors. Operators who've carried the accountability themselves.

Claire Donald

Claire Donald

CFO & Head of Governance

Claire brings twenty years of finance and governance leadership from regulated healthcare and multi-site professional services, including group finance director roles through M&A and a compliance mandate spanning both ICAEW and ICO reporting.

AML and anti-bribery certified, she has lived on the accountable side of a control framework — not just advised on one.

At AISensa, that practitioner's lens shapes the Govern layer, and increasingly, how the platform helps regulated firms understand and control the impact of AI itself.

Mac McEldon

Mac McEldon

Founder & CEO

Former Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, where he led cloud and AI for the Microsoft ecosystem and delivered compliance technology within UBS and Credit Suisse's FINMA-regulated environments.

An early Azure contributor since 2010 and Deloitte's representative for early ChatGPT access in 2022, Mac founded AISensa to solve a problem he watched repeat for fifteen years: organisations adopting AI faster than they could govern it.

AISensa is his answer — AI adoption that's responsible and human-centred by design, not just governed on paper.

Mitali Deypurkaystha

Mitali Deypurkaystha

Chief Marketing Officer

Mitali is a journalist, author and ethical AI consultant who built her career translating complex ideas into authority regulated industries listen to.

A National Press Card holder writing on responsible AI for MoneyWeek and Business Matters, co-founder of the Human-First Responsible AI Pledge, and Chair of the Organisation for Responsible Businesses, she brings a psychology background from five years in NHS psychiatric services to a simple thesis: AI adoption fails on human and cultural grounds, not technical ones.

At AISensa, that thesis shapes how the platform is built and explained — so governance reads as something that protects people, not something imposed on them.

Your professional judgement is the point. AISensa is here to support it — not replace it.

AISensa Philosophy

Our Philosophy

On the side of the human

There is a growing and legitimate backlash against AI — among professionals, regulators, and the public. AI is being deployed to remove human judgement from decisions that matter, to automate work that carries professional accountability, and to erode the expertise that clients and vulnerable people depend on.

AISensa takes the opposite position — deliberately, architecturally, and without apology.

  • The human remains the professional

Every alert, every governance flag, every AI interaction is designed to inform the professional — not to override them.

  • Governance as professional values

When AISensa flags a document before AI interaction, we are not imposing a constraint — we are expressing the firm's own professional values in code.

  • Informed, not blocked

AISensa gives professionals the information they need to make the right call. It does not treat users as threats to be controlled.

How We Build

Product principles

Every feature we build must pass these tests. If it doesn't, we don't build it.

01

Solve real problems

If it doesn't tie to a measurable business outcome, we don't build it. Every feature starts with a real problem, a real persona, and a real cost of not solving it.

02

Embed, don't bolt on

AI must live inside workflows, not outside them. Governance that requires a separate tool is governance that doesn't get used.

03

Govern by design

Control and safety are built into the architecture — not added later. Prevention-first is not a feature, it's a foundation.

04

Show value early

Every solution must demonstrate impact quickly. Clients see value before they commit to a platform. The platform earns its place — it doesn't sell its way in.

05

Design for reuse

Everything becomes an agent, a pattern, or a capability. Each engagement builds the foundation for the next — compounding returns, not one-off solutions.

06

Partner, not police

AISensa moves the needle towards better compliance by informing, enabling, and educating users

Our Commitment

UK data residency.
Not a promise —
an architecture.

AISensa deploys exclusively on Microsoft Azure. That is a competitive differentiator for the firm, not just for AISensa.

Microsoft Azure
Primary
UK South
Secondary
UK West
No data leaves the UK — guaranteed

Regulatory

SRA, FCA, FRC, ICO, and the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill all carry data handling obligations. AISensa's data residency is a verified architectural fact — not a policy statement.

Client-facing

Firms can communicate this guarantee directly to their own clients. That is a differentiator in pitches, retenders, and regulated matter onboarding.

Reputational

In an environment where AI data handling is under increasing public scrutiny, a firm that can make this guarantee is ahead of the conversation.

Get in Touch

Let's talk about
your AI governance.

Whether you're exploring where to start, responding to a specific regulatory concern, or ready to build — we'd like to hear about it. Every engagement starts with a conversation.
